We have over 20 years of experience in the commercial growing field of white button and brown cafe/portobello. My immediate family: we have over one hundred years of experience dating back to the 1980’s. Extended family experience would be a few centuries. I have worked as a grower and managed Canada’s largest mushroom operations, and which is also owned by a fortune five hundred company. Kingsville Mushroom Farm, Rol-Land Farms, Highline Mushrooms, Fyffe’s and are currently all owned by Sumitomo.

Our forte is harvest and growing management. We were the first to implement the Dutch multiple harvesting technique back in the early 2000′. Since then, we have increased productivity by using innovative harvesting and growing techniques. I was fortunate to have the opportunity of working with many growers during my years in the field. From textbook growers to sensory growers, I was able to capture the advantages of both in unison.
